the museum of imagined futures

Welcome to the museum of imagined futures in all its impermanence. Let the curator guide you through the collection, but beware - this may not be the whole truth. It doesn't matter because this is the future, nothing is real and you can create your own story.

The Museum exhibits photographs with surprisingly little post-production - some dodging and burning, monochrome - but that is generally all. The emphasis is on doing as much as possible in camera, to observe and carefully choose and frame subjects that portray an idea.

All images are of and within the landscape, hand held using available light. None of the scenes will exist for very long (in fact most will have perished within a day or so of capture). The curator enjoys the intangible nature of these exhibits.

On behalf of The Museum, I hope you enjoy your visit.
