Mailing List

David frequently does exhibitions and open studios with glass and jewellery artist Katy Quinn and we share a visitor's book on these occasions.  Therefore, we maintain a single mailing list and our mail-outs will include details about both our activities.

We do not automatically add your details to our mailing list when you contact us via the contact page or via email.

Types of data we collect

For newsletter mailing lists: we collect your email address and (optionally) your name if you provided it.

For online orders: name, address, telephone number, email address, order history and receipts.

We also monitor IP addresses to gauge suspicious and potentially illegal activity.

For deliveries: customer names, addresses and contact details.

We will sometimes need to share data with the carriers we use to deliver customer orders.

Any third parties we supply data to are obliged to use it solely for the purpose it has been supplied for, to process it securely and to dispose of it once no longer required.

Rights of the individual

Individuals have the right to see, amend, control and withdraw any data held relating to them unless we feel there is a legitimate business interest or legal reason not to.
